Digital Systems and Applications Laboratory

The Digital Systems and Applications Laboratory supports research and developmental work in complex digital system hardware and software. The laboratory is well-equipped to support all forms of hardware development. Hardware projects range from chip design to massively parallel multi-DSP systems. Software projects include specialized operating systems, compiler development and vision and automation packages. (Left: DSP system design and testing)

The laboratory also supports a multi-modal speech recognition group.
